About Leitmotif

Cyberspace serves as a domain for international conflicts both below and above the threshold of war. In an era of escalating geopolitical instability, safeguarding the states and societies in the cyber realm is not just crucial – but prerequisite. As NATO contends with digital threats originating from adversarial nations and cybercriminals, it must diligently fortify its digital frontier.

The leitmotif of CYBERSEC Summit 2023 serves as a powerful rallying cry, pushing for the establishment of secure and trust-based cyber defence systems among Allies, the formulation of a strategy that equips the Alliance to confront numerous emerging challenges, and the protection of its digital infrastructure.

Centred on cybersecurity and cyberconflict, this conference will assemble influential decision-makers, experts, and stakeholders, fostering collaborative efforts towards the development of resilient cyber systems and networks that ensure the preservation of our states and values.
